The concept of this Community Center is INTERACTION. To be more detailed, the plus program of the New CC is an exhibition hall. Creating an exhibition hall in the community centre allows to tourist and visitors to discover the history and story of Pulau Ubin as the place becomes 'the only place of the rustic area' and 'the last kampung' in Singapore.
